SALES TAX & OTHER LEVIES REFERENCE GUIDE
  • Each parcel must be cross check as Invoice value and E-way bill according to state rules.
  • For any shipment having value below 50,000/ INR; Invoice / Declaration is must.
  • For any shipment having value more than or equal to Rs. 50,000/- E-Way bill required.
    1. a. Intra state (Within states) value has been revised in below states.
      1. Punjab – 1 Lakhs,
      2. Bihar – 2 Lakhs,
      3. Maharastra – 1 Lakhs,
      4. Tamilnadu – 1 Lakhs
      b. Inter-state above Rs. 50,000/- is fixed and E-Way bill must.
      c. Some commodities are exempted by E-Way Bill i.e. Gold Jewelries, Meat, Fish, custom containers etc. We had shared chart of all such commodities please refer the same.
  • Invoice value must match with E-Way bill value.
  • Must to use the E-Way Bill sticker on parcels and bags.
  • E-Way bill will not valid until Part – B not generated on Govt. Portal.
  • These all papers must be carry with parcel.
